One price for every model

The only currency at Tevyon. Every model costs a fixed number of credits depending on its settings, and you see it before every start. A credit costs between 0.70 and 1 rappen, depending on the plan or pack.

A plan pays off if you make about the same amount every month: every plan costs less than the same credits as packs, for example 5,000 credits for CHF 42 instead of CHF 47. Packs suit you if you only make something now and then, because their credits never expire.

They're valid until the end of the month they were credited for, then they expire. Plan credits are always used first, then purchased ones. If a job fails only after the end of the month, you get its credits back as regular credits that don't expire.

Yes, anytime in your account under Credits. A bigger plan applies right away: you pay for the rest of the month pro rata and get credits at the new plan's price for it. A smaller plan applies from the next month. Canceling takes effect at the end of the paid month.

If a job fails or the content filter blocks it, its credits are refunded in full. You're only charged for what's finished, and never more than the price you saw before the start.

Through Stripe by card or wallet, and depending on your country with other payment methods too. All prices are final prices in CHF. You get the receipt for a pack by email; you'll find your plan's invoices in your account under “Manage plan”.

If you live in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days as long as you haven't started a job. If you want to get started right away, you expressly request at purchase that we perform immediately. Details are in the Terms.
